Short version: no harassment, no fake profiles, no illegal activity, no spam, no explicit content. Break these rules and your account is gone.
Every member of Loved deserves to feel safe. Threats, slurs, doxxing, stalking, unwanted persistent contact after being blocked, coordinated pile-ons, and any other behaviour a reasonable person would consider abusive are strictly prohibited. This applies to profiles, photos, prompts, private messages, and any off-platform contact initiated through Loved. Reports are reviewed by a human moderator and can result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform without refund.
Every profile on Loved must represent a single real human being who is at least 18 years old. Impersonation, catfishing, using someone else's photos, running automated scripts or bots, operating multiple accounts, misrepresenting your age, gender, appearance, or life circumstances, and any other attempt to create a fake, misleading, or non-human profile is a bannable offence. Selfie verification is mandatory and cannot be bypassed. Accounts found to violate this policy are terminated immediately without refund.
Do not use Loved to solicit, arrange, facilitate, or promote any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the person you are communicating with. This includes but is not limited to: sex work and escort services, drug sales, trafficking of any kind, sharing or requesting sexual content involving minors, weapon sales, fraud, money laundering, and any other conduct prohibited by applicable law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement when required, and violations are terminated immediately without refund and reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
Loved is a community, not a marketing channel. Do not use Loved to promote external businesses, adult content sites, OnlyFans-style platforms, MLM schemes, crypto or investment opportunities, fundraising pages, subscription cam sites, or any other product or service. Do not send unsolicited identical messages to multiple members. Do not include external links, phone numbers, cash-app handles, or other off-platform contact details in your profile with the intent to redirect traffic. Do not ask other members for money, gifts, or financial help. Violations are treated as bot activity and result in immediate account termination without refund.
Loved is a community, not an adult content platform. Nudity, sexually explicit photos or videos, graphic sexual descriptions, and requests for the same are prohibited in profiles, photos, prompts, and chat messages, whether shared publicly or privately. This policy applies regardless of whether the content depicts you or someone else. Violations result in profile removal and, for repeat or severe cases, permanent account termination.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or the Loved Terms & Conditions, or for behaviour that we in good faith believe threatens the safety, integrity, or reputation of the Loved community. In cases of policy violation, termination is without refund and may include a permanent ban preventing you from creating future accounts on Loved. Where a violation constitutes a credible threat to another member or is required to be reported by law, we will cooperate with law enforcement and share relevant account information as legally required.
If you encounter behaviour that violates this policy, use the in-app report button on the offending profile or message, or email nelson3178@icloud.com with as much detail as you can provide (username, screenshots, timestamps). Every report is reviewed by a human moderator. We aim to respond within two business days for most reports, and faster for reports involving immediate safety concerns.
