Loved is operated by Joseph Nelson, an individual sole proprietor based in Hopewell, Pennsylvania, United States. Loved is an adults-only community. By creating an account, sending messages, or otherwise using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be terminated without refund the moment we become aware of them.
Loved is a paid community. The membership is a flat US $15.99 per month, billed monthly to the payment method on file, and automatically renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled. There are no credits, no pay-per-message features, no boosts sold separately, no bundles, and no hidden add-ons. You may cancel at any time from your account; when you cancel, your community membership ends at the close of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. All payments are final and non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for full detail. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars; your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees separately.
Every profile on Loved must represent a real human being. Impersonation, catfishing, using someone else's photos, running automated scripts, or any other attempt to create a fake or non-human profile is a bannable offence and grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
Members treat each other with respect. Threats, slurs, doxxing, stalking, unwanted persistent contact after being blocked, coordinated harassment, and any behaviour a reasonable person would consider abusive is not tolerated. Reported behaviour is reviewed by a human moderator and can result in permanent removal from the platform.
Loved is a community, not an adult content platform. Nudity, sexually explicit photos or videos, graphic sexual descriptions, and requests for the same are prohibited in profiles, photos, prompts, and chat messages. Violations result in profile removal and potential account termination.
Do not ask other members for money, gifts, cryptocurrency, financial help, or any form of payment. Do not link to fundraising sites, cash apps, sugar-daddy platforms, escort services, subscription cam sites, OnlyFans-style content, or any external monetisation channel. This applies to profiles, photos, prompts, and private messages. Violations are treated the same as bot activity — immediate account termination without refund.
Loved verifies that the person behind each profile matches their selfie, but we cannot verify criminal background, employment, marital status, intentions, or truthfulness of anything a member says. Meeting someone from Loved in person is entirely at your own risk. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, trust your instincts, and do not send money or personal financial information to anyone you have not met in person.
Loved relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — when you subscribe, your card details are collected, transmitted, and stored directly by Stripe under their terms and privacy policy at stripe.com. Optional sign-in with Google is provided through Google LLC under Google's terms. Some in-app suggestions (such as first-message ice-breakers) are generated using OpenAI's API under OpenAI's terms. The site is hosted on the Emergent platform. We do not control these third parties, we are not liable for their downtime or errors, and clicking a link that takes you to a third-party site places you under that site's terms — not ours.
Loved is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components; that any defects will be corrected; that matches will result in a relationship, a reply, a meeting, or any particular outcome; or that information posted by other members is accurate, complete, or truthful. Any content you obtain through the service is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Joseph Nelson (doing business as Loved), his affiliates, agents, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, emotional distress, or damages arising from meetings or interactions with other members, whether online or in person — arising out of or in connection with your use of Loved, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Loved in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms, or for behaviour that we in good faith believe threatens the safety, integrity, or reputation of the Loved community. All memberships are non-refundable — regardless of the reason for termination or cancellation, you will not receive a refund of any paid or remaining time. See our Refund Policy for full detail.
